Teaching

As a teacher, I am dedicated to gearing instruction to each unique student, whether working privately or in a group setting. I enjoy teaching a wide range of abilities, and have worked with beginners on their first day ever picking up a bass to undergraduate students preparing for lives in music. Much of my teaching experience has been while traveling and in socially-driven music programs, which has taught me to work creatively, overcome language barriers, and to adapt quickly to the changing needs of students and ensembles.
